Korean War Veterans Memorial Park is a small neighborhood park that pays tribute to the efforts and sacrifices of war veterans.
That’s one of the things that sets this park apart from the rest of the other Carson City parks in the area.
It’s on the east end of Fifth Street along Marsh Road, just a stone’s throw away from Riverview Park.
The amenities you’ll find on-site include picnic tables and barbecue facilities.
Dogs are welcome at Korean War Veterans Memorial Park, but you need to watch them closely.
You also have to make sure you clean up after Fido. There are dedicated waste bins where you can throw away used poop bags.
There’s an open grass area on-site where you can let your fur baby play, exercise, and socialize.
Clean restrooms are also available on-site. Check out the park’s website for important updates.
