Lazy 5 Regional Park was named after a ranch that used to occupy the area. Now, the space is teeming with a variety of recreational activities.
One of the things locals love about this park is its lush greens and walking paths surrounded by huge trees.
You’ll also find two children’s playgrounds, a skatepark, and a water play park. There’s a sand volleyball court and horseshoe pits as well.
If you just want to hang out with your friends, you can reserve one of the park’s picnic pavilions or have a barbecue at the picnic area, complete with tables.
Visit the park’s website for more information.
Meanwhile, if you’re visiting the park with your dog, you can let him off his leash at the park’s designated off-leash area.
There are three designated soccer fields and parks where you can let your fur baby run free.
Apart from following the off-leash park rules and hours, you also need to make sure you pick up after your pet.
Bring poop bags and throw away used ones in the designated waste bins.
