Olson Park has 54 acres of space that features wetlands, woods, a creek, and the Olson Dog Park.
When you visit the park, the first thing you’ll notice is its well-preserved natural features—and it’s not all for aesthetics, too.
The pond at the park was built to help manage the Northeast area stormwater.
Meanwhile, the Olson Dog Park is one of three Ann Arbor dog parks. It’s open from dawn to dusk, and your dog needs a dog park tag before he can enter.
It’s also your responsibility to clean up after your dog. Bring a few poop bags and throw used ones in the receptacles located all around the park.
Remember that the dog park will not be supervised, so you have to make sure you look after your fur baby.
Bring a bottle of water and your dog’s bowl, too. If you have questions about the park’s annual fees, you can check out their website.
