Farrel-McWhirter Park has a lot of unique features. For one, there’s a children’s animal farm and a horse area on-site.
This 68-acre park is also a popular venue for birthday parties and other events. There are covered picnic shelters with electricity and water.
You can check out the park’s website for details about facility rentals.
Don’t miss a chance to explore the natural areas on-site as well. The park also has a recreation building and multi-use trails.
If you visit Farrel-McWhirter Park with your dog, make sure he’s on a leash.
